Chateau Tour Boisee 1997 Minervois is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. All grapes are destemmed and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The French wine from Languedoc is powerful with wonderful aromas of black fruit. The whole is beautifully supported by notes of cocoa and spices. Very nice French red wine to give or to receive!
